Trigger Pocket... Three Synthetic leathers
strung closely together.. A real shooters pocket. Its stiff
and thats what makes it shoot so well. Attackmen and shooting
middies only. Strung properly, this pocket developes a great
channel for accuracy. If you're weak with your "off" hand, a beginner or a defender this
pocket is NOT for you. The ball releases from the head with increased velocity. There is a lot of talk out there that this pocket is hard to break in, it is stiffer than the other pockets by design but properly strung, ( like we do ), this is a great option for that gunslinger shooter.
Trakker Pro Pocket.. The most common
pocket used these days. Two Synthetic leathers with two real
leathers on either side ( we use real leathers on the outside not two strings like some stores ). The real leathers make this pocket softer and add "feel" for the
ball. Less velocity than a Trigger but more feel. All positions, ages
and skill levels.
Gripper Pocket.. new in the early summer of 2008 the gripper pocket is strung exactly the same way as a Trakker Pro except the two middle ( colored ) stringers are made of rubber giving the pocket even better ball retention, feel and control. Great in all weather conditions including those wet, cold early spring or late winter days. You'll notice the difference immediately. Playing in the Northeast, Middle Atlantic or Ohio Valley? All of our women's pockets are strung by us on our premises and ready to play with when you unwrap them.
All of these pockets are custom strung and generally take between one and five working days to complete.
