RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Exchange Policy applies to Metro Sport Brokers custom Apparal or Accessories only. Returns have no time limit (must be un-used) and can be handled at the mailing address above. All EQUIPMENT warranties are handled directly by the specific manufacturer (See next paragragh). Please contact Metro Sport Brokers at 1-877-360-9627 prior to all returns. In all returns please include name/address/telephone/credit card information/ and original receipts. Include explaination for return/exchange request with desired outcome. Metro Sport Brokers reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges and errors. All non-custom items must be Unused and in original packaging for refund/exchange. Returned products will be accessed a $7.00 return charge. Our $2.99 Shipping policy applies only to the continential United States.. for all other shipping amounts please call or email us.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2006:
All defective head and handle warranty issues are determined by each manufacturers specific warranty policies. ( listed below). All manufacturers have recently set strict guidelines regarding warranty evalutions. Metro Sport Brokers can no longer accept defective merchandise for warranty replacement except under the following guidelines:

Warrior Lacrosse Products: UNDER 30 DAYS from date of purchase (original reciept only) will be replaced exactly as purchased immediately. After 30 Days all warranty replacements must be handled directly with Warrior Lacrosse. Call 1-800-968-7845 for replacement authorization.
Heads and Handles 6 months from date of purchase. ( 30 days on Titanium Defense )

STX Lacrosse and Field Hockey: All warranty replacements can be made through Metro Sport Brokers at our retail location or by call 1-877-360-9627.
Heads and Handles 6 months from date of purchase.

Brine Lacrosse and Field Hockey: All warranty replacements can be made through Metro Sport Brokers at our retail location or by call 1-877-360-9627, or directly with Brine by call 1-800-227-2722.
Heads and Handles 6 months from date of purchase.

deBeer and Gait Lacrosse and Field Hockey: All warranty replacements can be made through Metro Sport Brokers at our retail location or by call 1-877-360-9627, or directly with deBeer / Gait by call 1-800-833-3535.
Heads and Handles 6 months from date of purchase.

Cascade /Sport Helmet: All warranty replacements can be made through Metro Sport Brokers at our retail location or by call 1-877-360-9627, or directly with Cascade by call 1-800-537-1702.
Helmets 1 year; goggles 2 years
CUSTOM-COLOR HELMETS: Custom helmets are exchangeable for resize only. A Custom-Color helmet is any helmet other than solid white with black facemask. Metro Sport Brokers reserves the rights to all decisions regarding returns. Any mis-ordered/returned helmet will be charged a 20% restocking fee by helmet manufacturer(s)on any custom helmet.

All customers requesting a warranty replacement from a manufacturer must have original receipt (or credit card bill) for proof of purchase date with the defective item. Metro Sport Brokers suggests contacting the company before sending any defective product.

Return shipping cost on Customer Error returns (size/product)are beared by the customer. Customer Error exchange(s) are charged $8.00 return shipping charge beared by customer. Returns/Exchanges due to Metro Sport Brokers Error are not subject to return shipping charges. Metro Sport Broekrs reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges and errors. Metro Sport Brokers is not responsible for returns/exchanges until item is Received & Accepted at Destination. Do Not Send Return Items Express Delivery. Metro Sport Brokers suggests sending return items via traceable service (UPS) to ensure delivery.

SALES TAX ON WEB ORDERS: Metro Sport Brokers currently charges sales tax only in the state of New York. Products shipped to all other states are tax free. Tax rate is calculated in Monroe County, New York. Tax is determined by Shipping Address of order and not Billing Address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders can be placed via telephone by calling 585-872-3843 or by emailing request to tom@metrosportbrokers.com . Please call during regular store hours and have website descriptions of products. All international orders ship United States Postal Service. Free Shipping offer does not apply to any international shipping. Shipping cost will be determined by Metro Sport Brokers on an order-to-order basis and charged to customer's credit card.
